How Chemicals in the Environment Mimic Estrogen
In the past 50 years, the incidence of breast cancer has doubled, the rate of prostate cancer has doubled, and the rate of testicular cancer has tripled. More and more research is showing that toxins and chemicals in the environment are contributing to this increase in cancer and other diseases. Scientists estimate that each person today has at least 700 contaminants in their body. We live in a chemically contaminated world today!

OMA'S CREAM AND SKIN MILK STORY!
My Grandmother, Kathe, was an herbalist in Germany and in honor of her I carry on the tradition today. I love the old recipes she passed on to me and use some of them in my own creations today. She used to boil oats and barley to slurry to add the healing and soothing properties of the grains to her cream. |

STOMACH ILLNESS CAN BE TREATED
When I was a little girl in Germany and my tummy was hurting, my grandmother made me the a tea called Thousandguldenkraut. It didn't taste very good and I that might be the reason I can't remember having the flu. My Oma would say it is because the tea works!
